On July 15, 2021 the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business's replacement Responsible Licensed Individual violated Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11 (b) (2) (6) (8) (9); 326B.33, subd. 17; 326B.36. subd. 4 (2020) and Minn. R. 3800.3530 and 3800.3540 (2019). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to ensure: the Responsible Licensed Individual is a W-2 employee, actively engaged in performing electrical work for the business; all individuals who perform electrical work for the business are properly licensed or registered and are owners, partners or W-2 employees of the business; all unlicensed individuals working for the business are properly supervised; that no subcontractors perform electrical work unless they are properly licensed or registered.
