Complaint: I ordered a replacement phone and it still hasn't been delivered 3 weeks later when I told it would be 7-10 days On Sept 7 2015 I ordered a replacement phone for my husband(ticket number ********** and enrollment id ********) and I was told to allow 7-10 days for it to arrive. I called multiple times after the 10 days and was told to give it a couple more days. The week of Sept 20 2015 I called again because it had been 2 weeks and still no phone and they told me it hadn't even been shipped yet and that they would ship it next day and to call back in two days for the tracking number. I called back two days later only to find out that it still hadn't been shipped. So I talked to a manager and they said that they would see that it would be shipped next day and to call back on Fri Sept 25 2015 for the tracking number. So I called on Fri and they told me that it still hadn't shipped and that it would be shipped on Tuesday Sept 29 2015. So I call today(Sept 29 2015) only to be told that it still hasn't and will be shipped next Tuesday Oct 6 2015. That will then be 4 weeks since I ordered the replacement. Now I understand that this is a free phone but it is our only phone and everytime I have had to call I have had drive to a family members to use their phone, which has cost gas money and time that I really don't have to spend to just get the run around from every single one of there customer service reps. All I am looking for is to get my phone and some type of reimbursement for the time and money I had to spend to go to a family members home 15 minutes away to call the multiple times I had to call to find out what is going on. I would definitely not recommend this company or service to anyone that may possibly need a replacement at some point in time because you may get the same exact run around I am getting.
Desired Settlement: I would like to get my phone asap and some type of reimbursement for the time and money I had to spend to go to a family members home to call them the multiple times I called. This family member only lives 15 minutes from us but when I have to drive a total of 30 minutes multiple times a week to call about this problem it adds up in the cost of gas
