Government Actions On June 13, 2008 Nicholas J. Hubers of Minnesota Home Rental Inc. entered into Consent Order RE 2703637/PJS with the State of Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce based on allegations for engaging in unlicensed property management activities and conducted business under a name other the broker's licensed name. Nicolas J. Huber is censured and ordered to pay a civil penalty of $500 to the State of Minnesota. |
