Zero stars. My cousin lived two years and is being evicted never received a notice that the auto pay didnt credit no late fees no notice. All of the sudden theres no late fee ****************** notice is taped on the door. With paying the rent he has the money but its the principle of how the companys management deals with the issues with the tenants. ISSUaES: about 15 units open as I write this reviewunit 134 been unrented for several months. Raised the rent so high half of the tenants moved out. They dont respect anyone everything including accommodations, peoples disabilities, minorities of color you name it. Trash receptacles always overfull and trash all over the floor, including for mice (reported) for several days, NO PARKING STICKERS given towing cars out of order. Maintenance and management keep changing n nobody follows any policys or is I knowledgeable about the policys. YOU GOT A BULLION DOLLAR INVESTMENT SITTING IN ***** IN A respectable suburban area that will be infested with mice and roaches if it isnt already.PERIODT??????
