    We feel we were unfairly charged for cleaning and repair fees for basic wear within our rental unit which resulted in not receiving most of our $1000.00 security deposit. The checklist requested we not fill nail holes prior to vacating. We did not fill them, was then charged for nail hole fill and painting. We hired to have carpets scrubbed as requested on checklist and showed proof of cleaning. We cleaned the unit thoroughly prior to vacating which can be clearly seen in the video provided below: *** **************************** *** **************************** *** **************************** We never defaulted in rent payments and never neglected the unit. We called on two occasions when water was leaking within our unit due to a faulty window install which PPM replaced, and a faulty tube within our air conditioner unit which causing a leak on our laundry room floor which PPM replaced. We scrubbed carpets regularly using a home carpet scrubber.

    I wish I could give less than a single star, I rented from them for 1 year and that was the biggest mistake I have ever made. They will milk you for whatever money you have. Move in inspection, matched the move out inspection and they still used every ***** of my deposit and then sent me a bill for **** dollars. So paying them **** after move out is an absolute joke. I will never rent from this company again. The kitchen sink I had made several maintenance complaints, constantly leaking. They came by knocking on my door at 3am aggressively, but I had called multiple times during normal operating hours for them to look at the sink and fix the problem in the p-trap. The leak went down into the unit below the one I rented, causing the carpet to lift in the closet and have the drywall peel. They charged me 650 dollars for labor and fans when this could have been fixed way in advance because of my complaints before. The stove top was pitched and scratched when we moved in. When we moved out it was the same on the move out inspection. They are charging me 650 dollars for that as well. Now i currently owe them **** which I feel I should not have to pay them period after how terrible there customer service is and the way they want to milk you for everything you have. If you rent from this company, be prepared when you move out for the ridiculous funds they charge you.
