Complaint: After moving out, the company wrongfully charged me $140 for cleaning and refuse to discuss it. I moved out of my apartment in late April. I thoroughly cleaned my apartment and anticipated getting my full deposit back. After seeing that my account was being debited $140 for "cleaning," I contacted the company. After some back and forth, I received a cleaning bill that was not very descriptive. All it said was that the vents and fans had to be cleaned and that it cost $140 to do so. I cleaned those things myself upon move-out. I raised my concerns about the bill (which did not look very legitimate) and asked them to not debit my account. Two days later (May 15th), they took the $140 from my account, even though the bill was not due until June 11th. I asked for a more detailed explanation and after numerous follow-up emails and 9 days, I finally received an email from a woman named Joleen (who was emailed 4 times about this) with very little explanation. I told them repeatedly that I had cleaned these things and should not have been charged, yet they have been unresponsive. They closed out my rental property account, but I have every piece of communication saved, in case this needs to be shown.
Desired Settlement: I would like the $140 that I am owed. I was wrongfully charged and would just like my money back. They did not have the right to take it out of my account after I told them expressly to not do so.

Complaint: After notifying the company I wanted to sell my home, they have not repaired the damages done by tenant. Have been waiting since Nov 1. Work order filed in Nov, company took the tenant deposit but still have not completed the repairs on my home. Also, upon move out inspection, the inspector failed to notify me of large pieces of furniture left in my garage & are telling me I have to pay to have it removed. Even though their inspector missed it, plus 6 large bags of trash left behind the home. I have been waiting nearly 2 months for the co to complete the work
Desired Settlement: To finish the work order in a professional, timely manner and remove the furniture from my garage. I refuse to pay for it as it was the company's inspector who did an awful job. I also want pics of their completed work sent to my email as I no longer trust the company.

Your hired 2 companies to do work and ***** and ***** sent you this message ( see below) yesterday. You also had been notified of the items left in the garage and you requested that we try and contact the tenant to come pick up these items. By law we can not just dispose of these items you as a landlord are required to hold them for a certain period of time. ALSO THE INSPECTION DETAILS AND 84 PHOTOS HAVE BEEN UPLOADED NOV 4TH 2014. I HAVE ATTACHED ANOTHER COPY OF THE REPORT.. Below is the message from one of your contractors regarding the work you wanted them to do and why there was a delay. *****- The cleaning was done today and we have been to the property a couple times last week. The hold up was that whoever else was also hired to do work at your property took until last Friday to get done with everything, so I am very sorry but, I couldn't send our cleaners out there until they were done. The trash haul will be done this week if it wasn't already done today. When my tech **** was there on Friday he said the painter had a lot of stuff in the garage so I didn't want to send my other techs out there to do a trash haul until I knew everything we were throwing away was garbage. I am sorry for any miscommunication and feel free to call me directly. *****
