            They came out to inspect our sub Pump They said it would be a forty nine dollar fee That's fine they came out. He didn't do anything he took a flashlight looked down in the path wiggle. The float and said it was broken and that we needed a whole new thing trying to say $1500. Well we said no we will get another opinion. *** says well it'll be $279 charge. We were told a $49 charge now all of a sudden. It was 279 for him to do absolutely nothing. We called another company out the pipe was simply disconnected from the Sub Pump We have now called 5 times keep getting told the same thing over and over again. That they sent the refund check we still have gotten nothing. They are nothing but Is rip off artist

            Routine annual sewer line tree root clearing was performed to keep residential home wastewater flowing to the city sanitary line unobstructed by tree roots. All they performed was to cut tree root obstruction ineffectively leaving all the debris in the waste discharge line. After they made a mess in the line and left the site my sewer line which was working as designed prior to their failed maintenance attempt. Immediately following my laundry discharge line rinse cycle my sewer line clogged flooding the basement area. They returned after my complaint however, would not proceed with cleaning/clearing the sewer flooding issue that they created. This issue was clearly explained on the phone with company representative. Technician on site was original person responsible for the poor quality previously performed sewer line work was told on the phone by his manager while on site to correct the issue with me (customer) the technician was told to leave and perform no corrective work. Shady company stay away. I believe, all they were interested in is to replace sewer line at price quoted at an estimated price of 8 to 10 thousand dollars.

After taking the time to review your account, it looks like you called Deans regarding our $49 Open Line promotion that includes up to 1 hour attempt and camera inspection, that was completed. We found a belly in your line and roots all throughout compromising your line. We understand that sometimes bad news can not be taken well and we are so sorry you believe that's all we wanted. Our team offered several other options besides just our 1 hour promotion that wouldn't solve your issue. We'd be happy to send over the camera inspection video or supporting documents. Again, we are so sorry we had to deliver bad news but wish you the best for you and your homes solution.
