            When purchasing the invisible fence it was not set up correctly and took ~3 months to get someone back out to fix the issue. Now, the fence has a perimeter break. I called in a month ago to schedule a repair at which point they guided it would take until October 11th to get someone out to fix it. Since then, the dogs have been escaping the perimeter as the training is not reinforced by the collars with the system down. This has culminated in the dogs harassing a neighbor and her dog on a walk today. Despite paying thousands of dollars for this product, customer service has consistently taken MONTHS to schedule and, at this stage, the product has been down/not working for a longer period of time than it has actually been up and running for us.

            This company has charged my credit card without authorization, signed me up for expensive battery services without my consent, and also billed me for 'training' services in the hundreds of dollars for simply putting up some little white flags around the perimiter of the yard. Prices increased during each stage of the process as sales people would explain to me each time that various installation 'packages' were absolutely required before they would install the system.
