            We had a concrete driveway, apron and new step poured on 6/14/21. The 1st quote did not include a new step because it was in good condition. However, they came back and asked us to replace the step because it would match the driveway and I agreed. I received a revised quote in the mail with the step size, signed it and mailed but did not keep a copy. On the day of the step install they knocked on my door and said the quote did not have step dimensions. I was thrown off because the concrete truck was right there. I tried to assist in how wide the step should be and mentioned numerous times that the width was not a huge deal to me as long as our two front pillars would fit on the step and he agreed. After the step was poured we realized that the step is 8 or more inches too short and the left pillar hangs off the step. The owner Randy, said the dimensions were wrong and implied they would replace. He now will not take any of my calls or reply to my texts. Thank you for any assistance.
