    I placed an order on May 27th 2021, order number 367158. Versare shipped the order June 16th. Never received the order because it was lost while shipping. Called Versare customer care which I will say is very friendly, and they placed another order for me. The replacement order number is ******. Versare shipped order on 7/9/2021. I have been informed that this order is now lost. Order has been paid in full and I would like to receive item. Was told that XPO is the only shipping company they use even after losing the shipment twice. It has been 60 days as of today since I placed my original order.

    I ordered the 10' x 6' Folding Outdoor ***** ****** Partition (2 pieces) on May 29, 2022. It was stated on the site where I made the purchase that the item was in-stock, otherwise I would not have placed the order. On June 2nd, I inquired about my order and was told that it typically takes 7 business days to fulfill an order. I inquired again on June 7th and then was told the item was not in-stock. This had me upset because Versare was quick to take the money knowing that they had no item to ship. And they wouldn't have informed me had I not inquired.On June 20th I receive an email that the item is expected to arrive at their facility that week. I thank her for the update. Because I am impatient, I sent an email on June 24th (week's end) inquiring if they have arrived. I was then told they were now expected by the end of the month.On July 5th, I again sent an email expressing my wish to be kept apprise of ANY updates to the delivery time of the screens. I received a response that the arrival time has been pushed to mid-July. I am still waiting.To add insult to injury, I received an email July 11th asking me if I'm enjoying my recent purchase. This infuriated **** am giving 2-stars because I can't say the product is not good without actually having it to assess. But because of the whole ordeal that I am incurring with customer support, I couldn't give a more favorable rating.
