Refund and Exchange Policy
Proud to Protect is committed to ensuring that its services are of value to its customers and their organizations. Please contact us if you have any questions, issues or problems and we will work with you to resolve them.

Individuals may cancel a course within 30 days of enrollment if a certificate of completion has not been issued for the course. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment and are subject to the policies and processing time of the financial institution through which payment was issued to Proud to Protect.

Organizations may cancel subscriptions to services that are billed monthly, annually or multi-annually. Notice of cancellation must be received at least fourteen days prior to the next billing cycle to ensure that the next payment will not be processed. Previous payments will not be refunded after the first 30 days of service.
