**************** is bad. They do not do the work they contracted to do. Too often they do not edge the lawn completely and I pay for edging. They also do not mow all areas of the lawn. They do NOT give you advance warning of when they will be out till the day off. You cannot plan - especially if you want to be home to watch what they do. Ironically, they then do not come on the day they say they are coming. This happened to me yesterday. Their gutter cleaning service is a air blow of your gutters ( I did not know that when I signed up and paid for the service). They said that I should have known that and that it was on the contract - This is hidden in their T&C's in the back of their contract. All other companies who clean gutters use water and clean the gutters properly. They mislead what their service is with regards to their gutter cleaning service. In my case, no one got up on the roof and yet they say the service was done. How they did it is a big question. I was home all day both days waiting for them to come. I did not see them get up on the roof - yet they claim they have cleaned the gutters with a blower by getting on the roof. Unfortunately, I pre-paid a bunch of services with them in 2022. I WILL NEVER use them again. YOU SHOULD NOT as well.
