On Tuesday, May 30th, we contacted the business by phone to see if they could repair a broken bolt on a lawn mover. The s**** needed to be tapped out and we did not have the equipment or knowledge to do it ourselves. They told us to bring it in. When we dropped the mower off that day, they gave us a 1-3 day turnaround, which was important as we have another commitment with the mower other than our personal use. They did not contact ** as promised. We waited 3 more days, and called them the morning of Monday, June 5. They told ** they were too busy to give ** a status update, and asked ** to call back in the afternoon. Then we call again, we were given the same reply. We tried again on Tuesday, June 6 numerous times, but could not get through. The phone rang continuously, with no voice mail option. It rang continuously the morning of Wednesday, June 6 again, so we prepared to visit them during the lunch hour. We tried one last time to reach them by phone before we left and got through. We were berated for several minutes for our phone calls, before once again being told that there was no status update and they would call ** when the mower was completed. First, they have never called ** back as promised. Second, we have never been given any information on the mower's status. Third, the last conversation was baffling in its hostility. They have our property and we are only trying to get information so we can fulfill our other commitment. It may not be important to them, but it is to us. We would like the mower back.
