Complaint: I ordered a cross and the shipment was signed by someone else. Never received goods and customer service will not refund I've provided them proof Ups package was sent and was signed by ******** misspelling my name which is spelled *********. I've sent a copy of proof of delivery and stated I work from 9-7pm so I couldn't have been home at 2:30 to sign. The man then told me my neighbor signed for it and I checked with my whole block and no one has the package. When I called them the man was so rude like this was my fault and basically told me he was calling the cops to investigate. Ok that's great but then when I called again I explained I'm a wiring girl I ordered from you and never received it, he never returned my money or bothered to rectify the situation. So I guess he thinks it's ok to rip people off.
Desired Settlement: Id like my full amount $109 refunded he ripped me off and tried to blame me for something I had no control over and clearly was not my fault. Then he ignored me when I clearly tried to get to the bottom of it requested pod and sent it to him and told him its not my signature and it's even misspelled. He clearly didn't want to hear it because he didn't want to know the truth better I lose money than him I don't think so!!

The package tracking is #**********************. The package shows it was delivered and signed for on 4/1/15 at 2:51 PM. On 4/8,******* notified us that she had not yet received the package. On 4/9, CYF contacted USPS to discuss the tracking record, that the package never got to our customer. Through no fault of the buyer or CYF, is the fact that USPS records show package was delivered and signed for. USPS and CYF are currently investigating a forgery of the customer's signature or stolen package. CYF customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. We want to do all we can to make this right for the buyer. We are working with USPS to resolve as quickly as possible. CYF will issue full credit for this purchase, upon findings of USPS investigation of missing package claim.

Complaint: No response regarding order. On 03/29 I placed an order #***** and paid for 3-day shipping in hopes of receiving by 04/13. As of 04/22, still have not received order. I sent email the week of 04/13 and received no reply. I called last week and was told I would receive a return call. I have heard nothing regarding status of order.
Desired Settlement: I would like to either receive order or have a refund.
