Refund and Exchange Policy
If there is a defect in the job which is the responsibility of Smartpress.com we will re-run the order at no additional cost. To receive the replacement, we must be notified within 72 hours of delivery and provide verification of the problem. Oftentimes a simple photo of the issue is adequate for our needs, but in some cases the customer may be asked to return the entire defective order at the expense of Smartpress.com, with shipping labels we provided. Upon verification of the defect, the order will be re-run with an expedited turnaround time and expedited shipping. If in our judgement it will not be possible to achieve a good outcome by replacing the order, Smartpress.com may at our sole option elect to refund all or part of the original cost of the order.
