Refund and Exchange PolicyUnnopened and Unused Items
If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, according to the requirements outlined below:
-The product must be unopened, unused, like new and factory sealed.
-All original packaging, instructions, etc., must be included in the return and undamaged.
-Products must be shipped to ID Zone freight pre-paid (customer pays for shipping back to ID Zone).
-A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. ID Zone does not give credit for shipping on the original order.
-Software may not be returned for any reason. Please contact ID Zone at (800) 910-5987 with any pre-sale questions.
Opened and Used Items
Due to the nature of the identification industry, we are unable to accept the return of some items:
-Software, unless authorized by ID Zone
-Card printers, unless authorized by ID Zone
-Cards, ribbons, laminates or cleaning kits
-Other items may be returnable with a restocking fee. Please contact your ID Zone Account Manager for details.
ID Zone is unable to accept returns of the following items:
-Software, unless pre-authorized by ID Zone.
-Products that were special ordered.
-Custom-programmed or custom-printed products, including but not limited to: programmed technology cards, custom badge reels, custom lanyards, custom badge holders, custom TempBadge products.

Contact your ID Zone Account Manager at (800) 910-5987 to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) within 30 days of receipt of product. Please have your order number and company name available; we will need this information to arrange your return.

Complaint: Ordered badger clips which are not functioning at all. Called the sales team for refund or exchange. I was asked to pay for own shipping and won't be able to get refund because I opened the bag. How would I know they are not functioning if I don't. Also, My call was purposed ignored by the sales person. They cut my line three times.
Desired Settlement: Return and refund the non-functioning badger clips.
Business Response: Business' Initial Response /* (1000, 5, 2013/08/07) */ We have resolved the complaint in the days since the complaint was filed. As a courtesy to the customer, we had UPS pick up the badge cips in question vs. asking the customer to send them back at their expense. Only 179 out of 200 clips were returned, but we are issuing full credit of $44.00 plus tax.
