Complaint: Work that was done on my furnace about 1 year ago, caused another issue to arise recently and was charged $129.00. A fuse in my furnace was blown due to a wire making contact with a rotating part. The tech (*****) pointed this out to me and covered the damage with wire tape and replaced the fuse. Previously, another tech was on-site at home about a year ago working on the furnace and it appears that he did not place the wires back in the correct location thus causing this incident. I called a left a voice mail for the office and have yet to hear from them. I've paid $129.00 (check) for the fuse replacement and "band-aid" fix for the wire. I do not believe customers should be paying for mistakes that techs make during their troubleshooting/fix. Something needs to be done to prevent these kind of "scams" and easy money making tactics of this business. Since my home was built with Keyland, metro air was the main contact for all repairs/servicing. Please contact me via e-mail or phone (************) to discuss more.

Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full or partial refund ($64.5) for this issue that was caused by a previous technician.
