      Ordered a kitchen table from here. This was actually after we bought our first table from there and it was a complete piece of garbage so they replaced it for the cost difference. New table came in after waiting months and months and literally the first day we had it, it broke. Also the chairs were splintering which was dangerous for my kids. We called and were told immediately that we would just get a full refund and they’d pick up the set. Then we get a call back stating they wouldn’t do that and they’d come look at it and see what they could do. They came to the house and basically said they’d fix it and we couldn’t get our money back. They basically screw their customers by selling garbage and then you’re stuck with their garbage. Don’t ever use this place. They are cons and will sell you total garbage and make you live with it.

      Hi ***,Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. According to our records you and your wife ordered a rustic dining room set and sectional from ** in May of 2021. Upon receiving the dining room set, there were some issues/defects you had concerns about on the dining room chairs. After sending in a few pictures to us, we ordered new backs for all of your dining room chairs and sent a service tech to your home to install them. Before the tech left your home, he examined the complete dining room set to make sure it was in perfect condition. After the service call, we received another email about additional defects and you wanted to return the dining room set. Our buyer set up an appointment to come out and examine the defects and agreed to take back the dining room set and let you choose another. After you and your wife selected a different rustic dining set that we had on display in our showroom, we placed an order for it and allowed you to use the current table until the new one arrived. There was a delay in getting the new item due to the shipping constraints mid pandemic that was beyond our control. Once the new dining room set arrived, we paid to have a delivery company come to your home assemble the new set and take away the defective one. When they were finished your wife was again not happy with the rustic appearance on the new dining room set even though there were no manufacturing defects. The next day you called to let us know that your child stood on the stretcher of the bench and broke it. Once again, our buyer made an appointment to come to your home and examine the new set. There were no defects on the dining set other than the piece your child broke which we agreed to fix at no charge. Your wife was not happy with our offer and became belligerent with our buyer stating she wanted to select a different dining room set. We in good faith made several attempts to satisfy your issues but were unsuccessful. Our offer still stands to fix the piece that your child broke. Please let us know if you would like to arrange this **********************************

      Yes you guys did replace our first table. Rustic is rustic and that shouldnt mean splintering. The second table was splintering as soon as your delivery guys brought it inside. We had them take pictures to show you guys the issues. We have small ************* get hurt from the splinters so sorry if we want to look after our kids. Yes our daughter stepped on the rail and it broke. Is the furniture that cheap that a 3 year old cant step on a piece of the stool without it breaking? Your buyer is an old grouchy man that shouldnt be in business. He is extremely rude and doesnt belong in a customer service business. In the end we got the bench taken care of by an outside source since you guys werent willing to refund us for the garbage you sell. Again people should stay away from there. Judging by the comments on here, we are clearly not the only people have issues with the garbage you sell.
