Complaint
Failed service and customer service follow through. Over all such a awful experience with this company.Length of time to do job unacceptable.RUDE RUDE
Our basement flooded Feb 2014. Insurance company called Integrity to come handle water issue. While at the house we decided to use them as well to redo the basement. First bad choice we made. It took over a month and me calling and emailing to get them to come and get started in the basement. During that month, rooting sewage soaked clothes, and furniture sat in our basement stinking up our house. From the start of the project it was nothing but delays and excuses. Customer service people have been rude rude rude. Saying we aren't available when they call. But when they saw a check was ready for them, they were ready to pick it up right away or come out to the house with in the hour to get the check. The project was finally done in their eyes in June. In our eyes its still undone. We have asked for things to be finished the way we required, asked for copies of the bills, asked for calls back and get the run around.

Desired Settlement
I would like them to return a phone call, finish the job to our satisfation, to give us the finally bills and to compensated us for time and money and headache that this company has caused. I would like them to never work for Military families again. The headache and issues they cause for us is not right or acceptable.

In response to the consumers concerns we had attempted to contact consumer on numerous occasions and had documented this with their insurance carrier. On September 15th we received an upset call from the consumer stating to "no longer bother" that she was filing complaints with insurance and BBB and then proceeded to hang up. Following this call we spoke with consumers insurance to get specifics regarding their warrantee concerns. In this conversation we were provided the best contact number for the consumer. Following receiving this information we called consumer again on 9/16 and several times on 9/18 in attempt to schedule; however, we got a recording stating number was suspended then disconnected. On September 24th we were able to speak with consumer after insurance carrier conferenced their call and we have an appointment scheduled for 10/1 at 8am to resolve any issues. Regarding the consumers complaint regarding the sewage soaked clothing/furniture--this was also addressed during that conference call--that those items are not and were never our responsibility.
