            So far I've not been able to get in touch with PowerBlock. Every time I call their customer service line I receive a recording all their "customer service representatives are busy at the moment" leading me to believe that either take a lot of breaks or they really don't have a customer service representative. I also tried emailing them as directed to the email address they specified. I did get a response stating "Depending on the specific request and legal obligations we might follow-up." As I've not heard back from them, I guess they've decided to not follow up?????I need three things:1. Sales tax removed from my order. I have sent them the sales tax exemption form for our company 2. An itemized receipt showing paid with last four digits of my PCard so I can submit reconciliation to our finance department 3. ETA and tracking number for equipment.Those should be pretty standard things, but I cannot get a hold of PowerBlock to ask for them!
