            **** and his team (Green Home Doctor) applied spray foam insulation to the walls of the basement of my house. **** pulled a permit for the job but never had the work inspected and therefore about 1 year later the permit remained open. I had no idea that an inspection had not been done. Second, ****'s crew filled the walls with foam but did not ensure that the outlets were flush to where the wall will be. Therefore, the outlets are bulging out from the wall and significant work will be required to fix this problem. Last, I have attempted to contact Green Home Doctor many times by email and phone. None of my messages or voicemails have been returned.

            Green Home Doctors was great...until they weren't. **** was really ******* and knowledgeable. He was one of the few vendors who would commit to filling gaps in exterior wall insulation through the home interior. They did this quickly and efficiently, for two floors plus my attic stairwell--plus spray-foaming my rim joist--for a fair price.But. They talked about sealing my very ****** front door. I'd paid $95 for it, then he never did it. I tried texting ****, and it took 2-3 texts for every update I got. He couldn't find the materials. Then he did. Then he didn't after all. Then silence. Ten messages' worth over a year. Then a message he'd moved out of state. I asked for that portion of my money back and got nothing.I think the pandemic and life upheaval might have proved too much for this business to follow through on details. If you're just getting stuff blown in or sprayed, go for it. But anything more? Avoid Green Home Doctors.
