Complaint
Promised to take away old furnace, after payment made
Has promised for the last 2 years to come and take away the old furnace that is lying in my basement. Every time I call the phone does not answer or has said that they will pick up later

Desired Settlement
I would like to take away the old furnace or refund me $ 500 for some body else to remove it

Business' Initial Response
We have received the complaint about furnace removal. This is not your ordinary furnace...it is a huge monstrosity that is in a cabin in Delano, Mn. and it will take 3 - 4 strong men to get it out of the basement. It has not been quite 2 years and we are not making any excuses, but for various reasons such as unable to coordinate with owner scheduling availability. unable to remove in winter months (limited access) and also the fact that we are extremely busy with air-conditioning work in the hot months. We will contact ****** and maybe have to hire people to do this for us as right now our crews are extremely busy with a/c. We are not disputing the fact that it is up to us to remove the furnace, it has just been impossible for a variety of reasons. As to not answering phone calls, when our lines are busy, it does not ring through and I have personally talked to Mr. ************ myself a number of times. We will try and get this resolved in the near future. Thank you,***************

I have been a loyal customer for number of years and if your other business is more important than satisfying a loyal customer then I think your priorities are all screwed up. it is close to 2 years and I would like to get things in my basement and with this furnace it is so difficult to get anything done at this time. I will give another chance and within a couple of months if it is not removed then I will go to a higher authority to see this is removed appropriately

HAD A/C UNIT INSTALLED 8/5/10,NEVER WORKED WITHOUT BEING SERVICED BUY PREMIER NUMEROUS TIMES EVERY SUMMER.IN THE SUMMER OF 2013 THE UNIT DID NOT WORK,
HAD PREMIER INSTALL A/C UNIT 8/5/10 MODEL 13AJA24AO1 WITH A COIL.THE UNIT HAD TO BE SERVICED NUMEROUS TIMES EACH YEAR ALSO HAD RHEEM REP. DAVE PEARSEN LOOK AT UNIT ON 7/21/11.I WAS TOLD THE UNIT HAD TO BE MOVED FROM UNDER THE DECK, WITCH PREMIER DID AND RECHARGED THE SYSTEM.THESUMMER OF 2013 THE UNIT FAILED TO COOL AGAIN!I THEN CALLED PREMIER AND NO RESPONCE SO I CALLED ANOTHER SERVICE TEC.HE FOUND 2 FITTINGS THAT WERE VERY BAD AND CHARGED THE UNIT AT MY COAST HE ALSO FELT THE UNIT HAD MORE LEAKS BUT WAS UNABLE TO FIND AT THAT TIME.THE SUMMER OF 2014 WAS THE SAME THING THE UINT WOULD NOT COOL! SO I HAD IT REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE FOR $1834.31 ONLY 11.13 MORE THAN THE UNIT THAT PREMIER INSTALLED IN 2010 WITCH ON HIS INVOICE STATES A 10/YR WARANTEE ON UNIT & LABOR!

Final Business Response
We are again responding to the customers resp onse to our answer to the complaint. He states that e called 3 times in 2013 and had no response from our compay...did he leave messages? We have yet to see statements from Rep. Dave Pears on, telling him the unit had to be moved,,which Premier had told him all along for proper air flow and that it can damage the unit. Also have not seen an invoice for new unit that another company installed and thirdly,,,where is unit Premier installed? The last time Premier was there was to move the unit in 2011...no contact in 2012 (unit must have been working) and then in 2013 had another company(who) to service it and then in 2014 had another company (who) install a new one and then want Premier to reimburse him? Premier feels that if the customer had listened to our technician and had the new one installed out from under the deck in the first place, there would have been no issues.

PREMIER INSTALLED THE UNIT THE SAME PLACE THE OLD UNIT WAS (IF IT SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN THERE IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED THERE) IT WASENT UNTILL THE REEM REP. INSPECTED IT THAT WE WERE TOLD THE UNIT NEEDED MORE AIR FLOW.AFTER MOVING DECK CABNETS DIDNT HELP PREMIER MOVED THE UNIT. AS FOR 2012 SUMMER CHECK THE WEATHER, IT WASENT NEEDED.IN 2013 THE UINT DID NOT WORK.PREMIER WAS CALLED 3 TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE.I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY AND GOT IT WORKING AND WAS TOLD IT STILL HAD LEAKS.IN 2014 THE UNIT NEEDED MORE WORK AT THAT POINT I HAD ENOUGH. I HAVE THE OLD UNIT AND COPIES OF THE BILLS FOR REPAIR & REPLACEMENT AND CAN SEND VIA E MAIL BY 10/714
