I attended treatment there for approximately ************************************************************************************************************************************************** and you would get back a several page document that contained recommendations and insights into which medications would be best for you based on your dna. I recall being sent down to the nurse's office and being asked if I wanted to complete this test and I specifically said I did not. I did not sign anything or complete anything saying that I would or did. Additionally I never received a copy of the test because I never completed the test. At the end of December of 2023 I received a bill from **** site located in ********** ****. The bill was for a test of DNA that cost $5,500 and they wanted me to pay $330 of that because my insurance did not cover it. Now looking over this bill I became upset immediately because I knew what this was for and I knew that I had not taken that test. I have place calls a tapestry every other day since then and none of my calls have been returned. Not a single one! They can't even call me back to talk about this matter like adults? it just seems odd to me that they wouldn't call a former patient back to discuss this matter. I am angry and upset because now this bill is late and will go against my credit when I never took this test, and they build my insurance fraudulently. I would like this matter somehow resolved and being they are not responding to me via email or by telephone I have no idea what to do next so this is my last option. I also plan to go to the department of health next and see what they can do to rectify this matter. I feel I'm being taken advantage of because I was in treatment for substance abuse. I can't imagine how many more people there have the same issue as me.
