I wish I had seen their F rating. We were doing a mini make over of our kitchen and our contractor recommended a granite company. When we spoke to the company they said they were about 8 weeks out and we could not wait that long. The company told us that if you find someone that can provide new counters for you right away, be leery. I WISH I HAD LISTENED TO HIM! We hired Pacific Granite, picked our quartz and a new metal square sink for $300. They asked if I wanted them to remove the old granite for $300 and I said no need to dispose of them as I had someone that wanted them. Day of the install the workers installed our new quartz. BUT, the workers said the owner cut the quartz for an oval sink and they had a square sink to install. Our counters were installed when they told us the bad news. We had a phone call with the sales person and he finally agreed to give us the sink for free if we would be okay with oval vs square. Again, we made a mistake on agreeing. Our final bill had a charge for $300 to remove old countertops even though I said no. They said the charge was for moving them 10 feet from where they had been installed. WHAT? Then the sales person said the owner did not measure correctly and we needed more quartz than quoted. We had many conversations with the sales person and went back and forth. It was pretty obvious that he had to make up the $300 for the sink he had to give us but the additional costs were just plain wrong. This is probably the worst customer service company I have ever worked with and I would tell you to not use them. There are plenty of good companies to work with and have good customer service.
