            ********************************************************* **************************************************** Roof installed during Summer of 2022, to this day there is still shingles that are damaged since summer of 2022 that are damaged below the East Dormer (east side of house), D-edge that was never replaced on *********** Dormer, flashing missing from *********** Dormer and Rear Addition.On April 25th, the house was inspected by Heritage and on camera mentioned they saw issues with installation but downplayed the significance of what they saw, never mentioned or repaired any shingles on east side or d-edging. As of June 20th, we received a bill to charge us for April 25th inspection that we didnt ask for, they wanted it to occur at a cost of $555.Since roof was installed, we have had signs of water leakage into the rear addition and heritage doesnt care, moreover they only care about getting paid and not doing quality workmanship.Heritage has been in business for thirty years but none of their installation crews actually work for Heritage as they are subcontractors (Hispanic crews).
