We paid Outdoor Solutions to have our deck and a below deck screened in porch built only to have leakage occur down the support beams framed below the deck to the screened in porch every Spring, Summer, and Fall when it rains or snow melts since 2018. We’ve called and talked to owner on multiple occasions. We’ve told him we are interested in having him come out, that we are willing to pay him to get this figured out. Instead of taking responsibility for helping out us, his customer, he conveniently passes blame for the problem on his sub contractor who is no longer with his company. The owner refuses to come out and look at our issue. I gave him the courtesy of giving it one more try prior to posting about this and he still refuses to connect. Apparently he’s not concerned enough about doing what is right to avoid receiving a bad review. I’m not sure what company can afford a bad review over doing what’s right. He’s shown us a low level disregard while he superficially holds himself to a standard of being an upstanding and honest, Christian. Buyer beware of this company. They do not care about you once they receive payment from you. Hopefully this post will help someone else avoid the same or similar outcome we experienced.
