    We were misled on charges, the workers were careless and would not listen, properly was damaged and the damage hidden. The company has apologized and is going to make necessary repairs and replacement.

    Hi, I wanted to share our experience with Infinite Flooring in ********** **. I was searching for a local small-business company to support as we were changing both downstairs and upstairs flooring. At first, the company was friendly, knowledgeable and stayed within our budget for suggestions. Our flooring for the upstairs came, we picked it up, brought it home and 30 of the 34 boxes were damaged. Called, and ******, the owner, immediately said it was our fault because he inspected all the boxes. I questioned how he could as they were taped shut? We brought them back and waited days for the manufacturing to send us new boxes. Meanwhile, ****** was saying he could not pay for this mistake, it wasn't his fault. We commented, it's not our fault either. Our contractor picked up the new boxes, which 4 of them were again damaged and Infinite said they would contact us when more boxes came in. They never did. Months later, after our flooring was installed, not needing those 4 boxes, which shows me they over estimated how much we needed, I requested my money back since we never received those boxes. They immediately went into defensive, with multiple excuses in couldn't send us the money, we'll send you a check in the mail, must have been lost, we can't help you, etc. Weeks later, after I contacted them daily, they finally agreed to reimburse my credit card, but deducted 30% for a restocking fee. This whole process took 5 months. I will not recommend this company to any of my remodeling friends.

    I am sorry about your experience. That is not what we are known for nor what we want to be known for. We do check all our shipments when they arrive and when they leave the building. We have never had an issue like this where each box is in perfect condition when leaving the building and upon arrival, 30 out of 34 boxes have been damaged. We did take immediate action after your complaint, but it takes time for a claim of this magnitude to go through the manufacturer. We did rectify this situation by getting more material for you. Unfortunately, 3 more boxes were damaged when they sent the next shipment. We created an additional claim with the manufacturer. We did attempt to reach out to you to inform you the remaining 3 boxes came in. If you had called and said you did not need them, we could have cancelled the reshipment and refunded your money immediately. It was only when we reached out months later to have you pick up your material that you requested the refund. At that time, it was too late for us to be able to return the material. Therefore, as stated in our contract, we charged the restocking fee.We value your feedback and sincerely appreciate it. We are committed to addressing these matters with utmost seriousness and are currently in the process of assessing our procedures to enhance customer satisfaction moving forward.
