              Hiller's Flooring America installed Earthwerks Accu Clic vinyl plank flooring at four of our locations (please see attached). Unfortunately, this flooring was installed improperly. It was installed over ceramic tile without first patching the ceramic tile and now all defects, including the grout line depressions, show up in the surface of the floor. It's so noticeable that the vinyl plank was mistaken for sheet vinyl. The instructions (please see attached) clearly state that the vinyl plank must be installed over perfectly smooth flooring and be patched if not. We invested $10,000 in this flooring and over $24,000 total of flooring from Hiller's Flooring America. Unfortunately, the improper installation has voided the warranty. I have tried to resolve this with Hiller's Flooring America but was unsuccessful (please see attached emails, Re Improper Installation.pdf).
