Improperly installed Water Heater
Crew 2 (affiliated with Home Depot) recently installed a new water heater in my house, via a local plumber named Water Heaters Plus. The dielectric nipple had been cross threaded into the tank (cutting threads and compromising the system) They sweated the copper feed pipe in kinked angles to mate with the tilted nipple. They did not support the new expansion tank as required by code. The system leaked at first but they "band-aided" that by adding a lot of pipe dope on the nipple. Further, the electrical conduit was left dangling (only supported by the wire itself and staple on above joist.) They assured me the system was in fact compromised and that they would call me when a new tank came in so that they could replace it. After no contact from them and a month of phone calls, what I got instead of a new tank and properly piped system, was a worthless strap to support the expansion tank but it is slack and basically does nothing. Nothing else was fixed. Wish I could paste pictures on here to show how poorly this install is! This is per Order X-XXXXXXXXXX

Desired Settlement
Replace compromised water heater, reinstall copper pipe properly, orient and support the expansion tank properly, and bend conduit so that it can be mechanically supported rather than dangling by the electrical wire itself.

We replaced the entire water heater unit on 4/1/15 and we spoke with Mr. **** on 4/2/15 and he is satisfied with the new unit and install.

Crew2 did a bathroom project for me and when they were unable to produce the produts that we order they than would not give us an itemized bill.
On Sept. 26, 2012 Crew2 came to my home to quote a bathroom project(tub,surround in tub,shower head med. cabinet, vanity, vanity top). Once she left 1 pc of the project she was unable to get (med. cabinet). We started looking for a replacment cabinet. We were able to fine one and also a vanity to go with it. Before we started to look we asked for a itimized bill so we could find out how much money we had to spend for the 2 pcs we needed. They would only give me rough numbers. We purchased the 2 pcs we needed and told her we would not need the med cabinet or vanity cabinet or the labor to put them in we would do that. They said they would issue me a credit. The credit did not show up until I went to the project manager (*** *****) and asked where the credit was. He said that the credit would not be issued until the job was complete. I told him that was unacceptable because the project would not be installed until early Dec. I finally reeceived the crid't it I think. I keep asking about an itemized bill, still we can't give that to you. Than I went to the installation Director (James Holt) and he sent me a sheet on how much the med. cabinet and vanity cabinet cost but never anything about the labor cost. I find out that they were giving me a credit for the WRONG med. cabinet.I than got a sad itimized bill. When I asked why the faucet was almost $1800 they couldn't answer me. They had no problem putting a bill together for me the day I signed the contract and showed me in catalogs how much things cost but now the sad bill they sent me and when I ask about the labor they tell me "we can't give that to you". Im not sure if the bill is right or not. I went to Home Depot who contracts them and they were NO help except that they too were told that they could not get an itimized bill for me either. Our sales person for Crew2 was ****** ********* I hope YOU can get them to produce an itimized bill to see if what I am paying for is correct or not. The bill is now due we had 6 months free financing and with all the problems both with the bill and with install it will be due on the 21st of March. I don't know if I can delay paying the bill until this gets sorted out. I plan to pay the bill in full so I don't have to pay any interest. Please Help Me!

Desired Settlement
A COMPLETE ITIMIZED BILL for the WORK INCLUDING LABOR that took place on my bathroom remodel to see if the credit I was given was correct or if other charges were hidden in the bill.
