            Was told they were on the way. Hours later and Im still waiting, they were aware my spouse was out of town and that I would be home. They decided the 5 inches of snow was too difficult for them to Walk through. They did not knock on the door- had they I would have gladly snow blowed the front walk or shoveled a path.. When I called and found out this was why- the person I spoke to was not apologetic at all and was slightly rude I had to take the day off of work for this appointment.             I contacted Zerorez for a 5 X 7 rug to be cleaned. I was quoted $140 for cleaning and $35 for pick up and return. On the day the rug was picked up, I received several text for me to open an email to pay the ****. It was now over $200.00. I inquired why and they said an anti bacterial treatment had been added. I did not want or order this extra item. I then called the main office and spoke to a supervisor and I told him the situation. He said he would revise the price back to the original $175.00. He asked me to wait to be contacted from the driver for the revised price. Within a few minutes I received several text and opened the email. The quote was less but not at the agreed upon price of $175.00. I this point I cancelled the order and asked him to bring my rug back. That was 2 weeks ago and I still to not have my rug! I will be contacting WSB DAILY 2 and tell them this story.
