Product was not delivered after two months and the owner of the store hung up on me during phone call.
Purchased boat at the 2015 Boat Show in Minneapolis. April 4, 2015 my son Michael ***** picked up his new boat and trailer. He was told the boat was ready to be picked up. The boat was not cleaned and had to wait 2 hours. The company also failed to tell my son that the trailer could not be paid for with a credit card so my husband had to go home and get a checkbook and pay for the trailer. My son lived an hour and 1/2 from the boat store. My son ordered an ottoman on April 4th. On April 4th after trailing the boat home the cupholders blew off the boat. Sid said he would replace them. My son's wife has made numerous phone calls because the ottoman and cupholders never came. I am the Mother of the buyer Michael *****. He is hearing impaired and ask me to go up to Dan's Southside Marina and talked to them since I lived in Bloomington and I paid for the ottoman as a gift. May 19th I went up and talked to our salesman Sid, he promised to call me the next day with details and never did. I called on May 20th and spoke to John ****** and he said the ottoman and cupholders would be in the next week. I called again on June 4th and spoke to John ****** about the ottoman and cupholders and he said to me that I had the boat why was I so concerned about the ottoman and cupholders. I said "I can't believe you said that" and then he actually hung up on me. I then called Premier Boat company in Wyoming MN who makes the the ottoman and they told me the ottoman was not made yet by their vendor. After numerous promises of delivery over a two month period we asked for a refund and got it. My complaint is that the Salesman Sid and the owner John ****** told us over and over again that the ottoman would be in "Next week" when they knew it was not true. I know this because after all of the the conversations I called the manufacture, Premier and they told me it was not yet made by their vendor and it would take 2 to 8 weeks. My complaint also is that the owner of the store John ****** hung up on me. That was so rude and very hurtful as it got us no where. Normally a company will call with progress reports to keep customers informed. We never received an unsolicited call about progress, only "it will be here next week" after we called.
