I think they took advantage of my 85 year old father. The order was canceled and he is still awaiting the $1,000 deposit. Was at his home for 3 hours pushing the purchase of this bed and I think that *** be elder abuse. Send a ** ************** Certified notice of the cancellation and he has not received the refund.

I bought this bed for my parents about 3 years ago, they have both been in and out of the hospital and were having a lot of trouble with mobility. Neither of them want to move out of their home so we had to start making changes to make sure that they take better care of themselves. This bed has been a great help and I have seen a difference. I would be very weary of any kid that doesn't want to help their parents to rest better and live a healthier lifestyle. I love my parents very much and I just want them to be healthy and happy. We love our bed! We got our bed right before COVID and it has been a life saver. We adjust it each night and it has really helped with my edema. my wife raises her head each night and right away her snoring has stopped. The nice delivery men set up my old bed in our spare bedroom for us, and helped show us how to adjust the bed. If you value your sleep and health just get one of these beds.Review from Laurie W.

Do not buy from this company!!! Lousy customer service to say the least. They prey on and take advantage of the elderly which, there are laws against (even their employees write reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed stating such). My 84 and 83 year old parents have always had a King size bed but on 3/29/21, the salesperson coerced them into buying a Queen Premier bed ($7000) under the guise that he didn't have the correct form. They took delivery of the bed on 4/7/21. It is so uncomfortable that they haven't been able to sleep in it. The "heated mattress" was simply an electric mattress pad and the massage function is so noisy that they can't tolerate the noise (and my father is extremely hearing impaired). Complaint calls initially went unreturned and Fred in customer service hasn't been able to offer an acceptable resolution (strict no return policy due to hygiene issues and state laws) and has now stopped returning our calls. No satisfactory resolution. If I could give a 0 star, I would. Filed complaints with FTCP and WI Consumer protection as well as local media consumer assistance sources. Fred is gonna wish he had never heard of us.
