              hi i am just wanting to file a complaint on the Bank of Elk River because they are claming that they took my bounce protection away from me when i was in the negative on my bank account for wile pass the time that i was supposed to be at. But the thing is i have an app on my phone and it does not say i was in the negatives on the times that my bank is saying. Also i would like to get my money back ASAP because the i will have to bring them to court. Oh and i cant forget that it would not be very nice when i do bring them top court and it is NOT a threat it is a true promise. I will also be very upset over this because this is my first bank that i have ever been with. i am not normally a person that does this to anybody it is just getting out of hands with this this bank and i was hoping that i could have them shut down and do any further things that need to be in this situation. This is not a game to be playing with me. I promise that i will win this case. like i said before i am not the type of person to do this.
