Complaint: We ordered product on 12-20-13 and paid for Next day air shipping. Its 12-31-13 and no product received. We ordered product on 12-20-13 and paid over 90.00 for next day AIR shipping. We contacted the store multiple times and they stated that the shipping was not up to them, they had no control over the shipping and they stated that we would receive our product by the end of the second week in January 2014 which is 21 days later. They also stated that the company has been closed for 2 weeks.Everytime we call, no matter what option we select we get the same female and get the same load of crap from her. This is outrageous because we paid for next day air shipping. This was an xmas gift and we still dont have our product. They were completely unprofessional, no helpful at all and were not sympathetic what so ever for their mess up. They are not accepting repsonibility for their mistake.

Desired Settlement: We requst additonal 10 percent off of the total purchase price along with a full refund on shipping.

Complaint: Items sold to me end up not working and I have to pay to have them returned? Now I see a re-stocking fee too. NOT FAIR. I was told that I had to have the adapter I purchased. Later, I was told that the item is not compatible with my alarm system. Why should I have to pay to ship something they should not have sold me?

Desired Settlement: Send me a pre-paid shipping lab

Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2013/10/15) */ Our posted return policy is very clear in that the customer pays for shipping back units that are defective or can't be used. There will not be a restocking fee if the items come back in good condition. This situation is no different than if you bought the item from Target - they wouldn't come and get it from you.
