            On June 1st they started a project, and promised completion by Friday, June 4th. The project was $3,430. They showed up on Tuesday to sand, and said they would be back on Wednesday, they never showed. I called and they said they would be there on Thursday, they never showed. I told them I needed this project done by Friday because we had an event at the house over the weekend, but on Thursday they stated they could not complete the project on time. According to the crew boss they were pulled off my job to complete a bigger job. I was very disappointed, so they said they would complete the project by using a more expensive product that would dry faster, and they could complete the project on time. When they left late Friday, I looked at the project and it was terrible. I just want them to fix the shoddy workmanship, but they say they have done as much as they can. I want the Sales Person to come back out and see the job, in person, but they will not communicate with me.

            My garage floor is just over a year old. We had it coated immediately. We paid for the diamond package which should be a 20 year warranty. We have a 2 foot crack from the apron going inside the garage. I am being told this is not covered. Crack is caused by concrete moving? What good is a warranty. I am very disappointed in this product and this company. This is not a company I would recommend and I will make sure I use all tools to make sure it is known Garage Floor Coating of MN does not back their product.
