    I purchased a 2011 Toyota Avalon at St.Cloud Toyota on 5-26-2021. We met with Salesman, Gage Falkenborg and discussed the vehicle. We test drove it and got some additional information on the vehicle. Gage presented us with a full vehicle description along with the dealer inspection. Only one non-related item to this filing was checked as "needing attention" All other items were checked and passed by the technician. Upon receiving the vehicle I noticed three integral parts were damaged or missing; the passenger's headlight bracket was broken and loose, the passenger's inner fender liner was cracked and missing a part, and the passenger's side undercarriage splash shield was missing. Yet all three of these items were noted as present and passed on the inspection. I reached out to them about these items and they called them cosmetic and that they'd pay for 20% of the parts. These items are not cosmetic. Their tech passed items as "OK" that were both broken and missing.

    As an employee that had nothing but praise from all employees and customers, this company (family owned) discriminates against there employees. I myself coming from sales would advise to look elsewhere in your vehicle search and advise women or people with children to look past this job whom is always desperate for help. They rob there employees, favoritism and most importantly have no problem disrespecting there employees. Ego is a disease in this company. Not only family owned, but discriminate highly against females. One employee can be sleeping in vehicles, under desks, caught by customers hiding in vehicles while myself did not respond to a text message because a manager couldn’t remember our agreement, or sort or speak had an ego issue with me from day 1. I walked out due to the pay which is absolutely disgusting for the time and effort one puts in, however hired back due to my customer service and work ethic. Out of no where, an employee that does not respond to a text is terminated, while employees can hide in cars, sleeping. This company does nothing but rob customers and discriminate against single mothers and females in general. After a threat of demanding to use iPads 10+ years that did not work I was put down by a manager basically calling me stupid for being right as to why we can’t do our job using outdated equipment and threatened to be moved to a lower department for going around the issue using our personal lab tops to do our job. Complete discrimination and ego driven “men”.
