      I bought 2024 GMC Terrain at Miller Auto Plaza Nov 11 2023. I went on trip to **** with it on January 14. On the way home ENGINE LIGHT came on. Called for apptointment on MONDAY but couldn't get in until later in the week Thursday. I asked if it was alright to drive said was OK. AT appointment was told about the engine coolant problem because of cold weather that I was suppose to have had the GRILLE COVER on to keep it warmer for the coolant. Told them I had never heard anything about that and was very upset that I didn"t receive that information before I bought Terrain. If known of this GRILLE COVER stituation would not of bought TERRAIN and also should be taken off when temperature was above 40 degrees What kind of DEAL is that. I am a Senior and not able to put on and take off the cover. Service person knew of the problem. Then called sales person and said he did not know anything about it. I got upset about it and talked to customer support and was told she didn't know anything about it. ,yet she talked to GM sales team didn't know anything about it either but yet they told her that their reasoning that too much cold air on engine can lead to coolant freezing and engine problems. If I would of known about this engine problem and having to to put GRILLE COVER on with temperture change I would not of gotten the 2024 Terrain I told them that I would not have bought this vehicle if known about engine problem and grille cover. They did have manager from service department call and explain about cover, but shouldn't have to happen that way. They should of explained about the GRILLE COVER before I bought the Terrain. I would like to have a car without engine coolant problems or fix it so don't have to have GRILLE Cover. I have printed copy of text with support person from Miller Plaza. Why does the customer always have to put up with sales person not being truthful. Don't they have to have knowlege of what they are selling
