              Worst experience at ANY car dealership yet. Lupient took my work truck in on trade for a 2022. The new vehicle never arrived! I made many inquiries at to the arrival date and was reassured by the salesman as well as upper management that the truth was soon to be delivered. Not so! After so many delays and double talk by the salesman and upper management I contacted GM myself. I was told the order from Lupient had not been accepted and the factory was not scheduling the production of the truck. I went into the dealership looking for solutions. My old truck back. A similarly equipped truck? No dice. At the end of the day doing business at Lupient GMC cost me tens of thousands of dollars in lost sales tax advantages and end of year business deductions. Beware of promises and assurances from ANYONE at this location. Fool me once, shame on you...!!!

              At the point of order, we discussed a May delivery, which was a good time to expect delivery. When the customer decided he wanted it sooner, he contacted the dealer with the vehicle, making it unavailable. We have above the zone and region scores for customer satisfaction, and deliver over **** vehicles each year to highly satisfied customers.
