    I recently brought my car into ******************* on December 9th to get repaired for some deer damage I had when I got into an accident. The auto body shop called me back and stated that there was severe rail damage that was not caused by my accident. The auto body shop said that it was a safety hazard. I specifically remember asking the dealership before I bought the car if it had any previous reports of accidents or if it had a salvage title and The dealership said there were no known reports of accidents on the car nor had a salvage title. A few days later I called the dealership to ask again if there were any accidents reports and they said there was one accident report on the vehicle. I went into to Kolar to discuss the issue, they made it clear that they did not have all the information on my vehicle before selling me the car. It was then brought to my attention that there were 2 accidents reports on my vehicle. I called the dealership multiple times and they refused to help me or work with me to resolve the issue. Ive looked at their reviews and this isnt the first time a situation like this has happened. I spoke to an attorney and he stated that with a formal denial by the warranty company, I would then demand repairs from the dealer, based on the fact that the frame is damaged by the vehicle and the vehicle should not have been sold with a clean title. You would then have to argue that the vehicle should have been a salvage title, the dealer knew it should have been a salvage title, and the frame damage was to known to them or should have been known to them prior to offering it for sale. The dealership is still saying that it is still a clean title even when it is not. The dealer had no information on the damage and is refusing to work with me solely based off them not knowing the damage on my vehicle.

    I was told by a family member to go to Kolar when I was looking for a vehicle. I drove around when they were closed and also checked online, and had a few I wanted to look at. When I first spoke to a salesperson they were very friendly and helpful. Then when it came down to purchasing the vehicle I chose, the attitudes of the salesperson and manager changed when I wouldnt purchase their extended warranty. The vehicle I purchased had a few minor issues, which they repaired no problem. When I only had the car for a few days I had to bring it back in for a tire repair. After that fix and only having it in my possession for another couple days I called again about the heat not working (this was at the beginning of winter). They told me they could look at it, but I would have to pay for the repairs since I didnt purchase the extended warranty. I hadnt even had the car in my possession for a month. The salesperson and manager were rude and condescending saying they already put too much money into this vehicle and all repairs were on me. I will never purchase another vehicle from Kolar as they are a bunch of two faced liars only out to make a buck.

    How quickly they forget. I didn't purchase my car from Toyota or ******** I purchased my car from the main dealership. I am still dealing with no heat in subzero temperatures no thanks to Kolar, who claim everything was checked out properly. NOT!!!
