Anyone who came into this shop and does not used insurance, Raymond will not provide good service. Raymond will only offer the cheap route to fix the damage. The estimator who took care of me was aware of my situation. Its not like I dont have insurance or want to use my insurance. But the other party who came and scratches my car did not want to use insurance. They ask if i can do customer pay. I even went out and ask if Raymond could fix my damages. The estimator even says the estimate was for the damages to remove the dent, scratches, and buff it out. Before I brought my car in I also called over the phone and clarified the question again. I was told the same thing then i brought my car in. When I pickup my car and I saw the result, I was told my estimate was for dent, scratches and buff. But I am still seeing the dent damage on my car. The estimator told me my request was not apart of the estimate. I reminded the estimator during the estimate, and before i brought the car in I was told the estimate was to remove the dent, scratches and buff. Raymond did exactly what Raymond did on the estimate. But the price on the estimate and the price I had to pay upfront was 2 different price. I was told that if I want the dent to not be noticeable then they will have to put in a coat of paint. The price will be $700 and if I dont want to pay for it then I would I have to go through insurance. I was so upset and I disagree. I had to point out what I was not happy and I want it fix. Raymond offer the cheaper route to remove the dent and yes the dent was fix but fix scratches is still there and was only cover by paint only. I couldn't afford to leave my car there for more extra days. I felt like I was treated unfair since i went with customer pay. Overall my experience was horrible and complicated. Raymond did not care about me but to just collect the money. They do not deserve 1 stars. Only zero stars.
