Complaint: Sometime ago I called in a repair job to fix a washer/dryer that I bought from EDEN PRAIRIE APPLIANCE SERVICE for a rental unit at **** ********** ******* ****** ** XXXXX.First of all I was scheduled out 3 weeks and when the repairman came I authorized him to fixed the problem. He never did, and i was under the impression that the unit was fixed and running. I got a call from my tenant that The unit was never repaired and they were heavily inconvenienced.so this is 6 weeks later, I made a follow up call and was told they had to order the part and scheduled out a further 3 weeks to have appliance fixed.Because it was for a rental I was forced to resolve the matter on my own. They company forwarded me a bill for work they never did and although I left a voice mail saying that it was his business fault they could not deliver and I will not be paying this bill, for the business owner, he did not have the common courtesy to return my call.Now he is sending me a late payment bill. I cannot pay for his business in-competencies. If they cannot deliver as promise they should close their business. I will not pay this bill and will seek alternative measures to resolve this.
