Like the other reviews on this page, we have experienced atrocious customer service from All Inc. We purchased appliances for our kitchen remodel from All Inc. and the the microwave function of the convection/microwave wall oven does not work. My contractor told me to contact All Inc. and they said they would contact LG. After several days of hearing nothing, I called back All Inc. and was told that Maddie did not contact LG because she did not have my email address. I specifically remember providing this information at the time I called, but even so, I have been trading emails for months with the salesperson, so my email should be in their database or easily obtained from the salesperson. After many days went by, I was assigned to a repair service that did not service wall ovens. I immediately informed Maddie of this and have not heard from her again. Her voicemail is full, She does not call me back when I talked to her colleagues who told me she will call me. She does not answer emails and has done nothing to help me. I have since contacted LG directly myself. After 6 weeks, I still do not have a functioning microwave, but that is another story. Do not purchase appliances from All Inc. If you expect them to care about their customers and the products they sell.
