We have regularly used Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning for duct cleaning after home remodels. I scheduled a duct cleaning two weeks ago to ensure the job was complete prior to our clients moving into the home. Today, I got a text that the technician was enroute. Then, twenty minutes later, I got a text that the job had been cancelled (no details). The technician showed up at the house, never talked to anyone onsite and left (our project manager saw the technician and then he disappeared). I called Twin Cities Furnace and was told the technician said there were too many vehicles in the driveway. Again, he never spoke to anyone at the home. I called the company and was told they couldn't fit us in today due the technician moving on to another job. I mentioned that we had used their company for two years, multiple times and the response was 'It's fine if you find another company to use'. The guy on the phone said I 'needed to see it from their perspective'. As the customer who scheduled a job two weeks ago, I am very certain they need to see it from my perspective. Very disappointing service to say the least.
