            Did online order at this store 12/16/2023. Money was taken out of my account and then of course company claimed it does not have product. Was sold a product they never had and now this company has my money and I have no item and no refund

            Ordered basketball shoes, son tried them on, took 4 steps and said they were too narrow. Took them off, put back in the box and filed a return. We sent them in and they returned them stating they were used. When talking to customer service the lady said there is black splatter on the sole. There is but thats the black rubber as the bottom of the shoes are black and white. Also claiming there is white splatter on the bottom on the black. Thats how they were made. It doesnt say in their policy that you cant try in shoes. We will never buy from them again!
