              approximately 1 month ago i hired American pool tech in the Brighton Tn location to clean my pool. They said sure we can clean it. they dumped 25 lbs of shock, 32 oz of algaecide and 15 lbs of sodium bicarb in my pool and said that they would have it right with-in 2 days. approximately 8 days later they haven't vacuumed the pool and it was worse than it was in the beginning. Finally i told them not to come back because they were not doing what they said and kept me hanging on. I had to hire someone else to clean my pool because all the chemicals just sat on bottom of pool and never dissolved But they did in fact charge my credit card for $326.00, i guess for the chemicals because they did nothing else. Even if they dont refund my money i feel that i needed to write this review so no one else will get ripped off by these incompetent people

              After a two year nightmare with another pool builder we meet with a representative from American Pool Techs at the Agricenter Home Show. We explained the horrible situation we found ourselves in and they agreed to help us out if possible. Thankfully, with their help, we are finally swimming in our dream pool. They did not have to take on this unfinished, messy project someone else started but they did and we are extremely grateful! I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a reliable, true to their word, professional pool company!***** and *****************************
