              When placing an order, the food is never properly prepared & packaged and the temperature of the food is a concern due to possible food poisoning and or contamination. The order is always incorrect and it's an hassle when attempting to have the order corrected. The customer service is terrible. The staff is rude and their hygiene doesn't seen to be up to code to be preparing food. You would expect a better experience when spending over $20.00 for fast food for yourself plus your family. Training on their appearance, along with customer service, and cleanliness is highly recommended.

              Tuesday afternoon, I drove through ****(*****************) and ordered a 6-pack of BBQ. I did not check the bag (I usually do) because it was busy and I wanted to get out of the line as quickly as possible. When I got home, the bag had only BBQ meat and buns. There was no sauce (I had specifically asked for some extra hot sauce to go with the mild) and no slaw. When I saw this, I called the store and their response was "What do you want me to do about it"?I frequent Tops, but this was a horrible experience.
