            On March 14,2022, the experience I had just in that 5 minute from a company that I enjoyed over 12 years made me submitted a discontinue statement of service from them, I truly understand my part that fall on me. Such as, a missing payment that the bill was sent to a wrong address. Which that was the reasoning why I called. After, I shared to the representative (which was the Manger) we already realize what I need to do next with a great understanding. Then, her tone changes and forgot the lack of knowledge of my money they have invested in her business over the 12 years. She also had a major disdainful, derisive, scornful, disparaging, and abusive tone of the ack of empathy. Her tone left me feeling unheard, being brushed off, .Over ,12 years due to that 5 minutes of a negative energy from her, Lead me to make this decision to leave this company . Pray that no-one else goes through that negative energy from her .
