            Staff was so rude on initial call to store. She immediately demanded how much we wanted to spend, and said our 20K budget was way too low to even consider, that they have custom cabinets and it would be too much. This was BEFORE she even knew the size of our kitchen! If replacing 6 cabinets costs more than 20k, what are you painting these cabinets with? Obviously, they only want 100k jobs, so if you want to spend way too much, and can deal with the snobby staff. This is the place for you!

We are a full turn-key design firm managing remodels from beginning to the final stages of installation. We have been designing kitchens for more than 50 years and feel confident that our team members can share an accurate entry-level cabinetry cost for a kitchen remodel. We go through the same protocol with every new customer by asking questions on the front end to make sure that we can create realistic expectations for the needs of all customers. We work with many budgets of various sizes and pride ourselves on treating every customer equally regardless of the project size. We apologize for the miscommunication as it is never our intention of upsetting anyone even if the quality of our products may not fit into the budget of every household.
