    I would rate zero if I could. Anytime something happened and I needed to review my cameras, the information was completely eliminated. I returned a camera and it took the company about 4 months to provide a refund to me. This "refund" was called an "overpayment" on their check and was only provided after I went into full-blown ballistic with the sales person with which I worked with previously. I have no idea why they have been given an A+ as they have completely failed me. Again, I attempted to clear up a matter in the billing department which took over 6 months and had to get my ex-husband involved. I would NEVER recommend this company as I have had so many issues. I am currently locked into a contract and am very tempted to pay over $3K just to get some relief. I do not use the system and zero communication is provided. This is a complete rip off!
