              On November 29, 2023 I dropped my 2014 ********* off to have diagnostic performed regarding a knocking sound from my front tires . ***** the service advisor told me i also had to have an alignment. I paid $818.09 and picked the vehicle up on November 30, 2023 and immediately called *************** to advise the alignment was not performed because the truck was veering to the right really bad. I reached out to the General Manager *** and requested a refund for services not rendered. The dealership has refused a refund and I asked if they could give a voucher for the subaru dealership on Hacks because i didn't trust that the service would be done properly at their location and was advised no. I now have to pay another $127.50 which is what was included in the $818.09.

              Don't pay cash for parts. They will not give cash back when you return the part. They make you wait a week for a check. Bad business!!!!
